Desktop Liability

We examine all applicable codes, statutes, and laws in order to determine if the insured is liable for the alleged damages. This service does not include an estimate of the damages and is limited to liability only.

Claim Negotiation

We will review any damage claim sent to us and determine if the costs are fair, reasonable, & necessary. If the cost of repair seems out of line, we will then draft an estimate for repairs based on any evidenced provided by the claimant. We will then negotiate directly with the claimant in order to reach an agreed price.

Claim Audit

Our claim audits include a full investigation of the claim for accuracy along with drafting an estimate for the damages and preparing a full report that summarizes all of our findings and recommendation on how to move forward.

Litigation Support

We can provide you with the advantage of expertise with any sort of damage claim that has been sent to litigation. We can assist in preparing interrogatories, requests for discovery, or provide expert testimony to corroborate any estimates that we have drafted.

Expert Testimony

If a claim is sent to litigation, our experts will qualify under court guidelines to testify in support of our findings.
